Customer Success Executive - Data & Insights

The role:
  • Working closely with the Customer Success Manager and Director of Customer to help manage and support their fast-growing customer base
  • Being the primary point of contact, responding to enquiries and resolving client queries via phone, email and video call
  • Monitoring client 'health' and delivering engaging training sessions to ensure customers are getting the most value from the services and recur and grow each year
  • Being nurtured and coached into a Customer Success Manager

About you:
  • A minimum of 1 year B2B experience, ideally from a technical background
  • Educated to degree level
  • An energetic and engaging communicator, who is keen to learn and progress quickly!

The package:
  • Up to £35,000 + commission and bonus scheme (OTE £50,000)
  • HYBRID - 1 day per week in office in Cambridgeshire
