The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for...
  • Develop and apply a comprehensive customer success procedure to boost the value delivered to local authority clients.
  • Engage with clients to recognise and acknowledge their goals, obstacles and ever-changing needs. Provide assistance and direction to help them succeed. 
  • Create and demonstrate training programs, resources, and leading practices to smooth the way for user adoption and product usage among the client’s team.
  • Recognise opportunities for cross-selling and upselling further services or products based on client requirements and usage.
  • Collect and look over usage data and customer feedback to recognise points, trends and possibilities for improvement.
 
About you:
  • Successful experience in customer success or account management roles in SaaS industry. Experience in handling local government clients is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport, navigate more challenging client relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Leadership potential, including being able to motivate, inspire and grow a customer success team to fulfil exceptional results.
  • Experience with CRM software (such as Hubspot), collaboration tools and customer success platforms.
The package:
