The Role:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with accounts at risk of ending their contract.
  • Renew and upsell contracts with customers coming to the end of their subscription.
  • Building meaningful and consultative relationships with clients, understanding pain points to improve ROI.
  • Utilising data in order to share informative insights.

About You:

  • Previous experience in commercial role and been a part of customer retention within the ICT/Cloud/SaaS/Software industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
