The role:

  • Increasing the sales potential for the company 
  • Responsible for setting and evaluating short and long-term sales strategies
  • Overseeing marketing that responds to customer motivations 
  • Looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction and recommending product and service enhancements
     

About you:

  • Proven record of growing sales, increasing turnover and profitability in an electrical manufacturing/components business
  • Good market knowledge of the electrical components industry 
  • Professional, motivated with excellent relationship building skills
  • Able to negotiate technically and commercially 
  • Enjoys autonomy over the sales strategy and working to a structured sales process 
  • Thrives in a small company environment where initiative and good internal team work is essential 
     

The package

Basic salary up to £60,000
Realistic OTE - uncapped, additional £20,000+ realistic
