Basic Salary Range:

£45,000 - £50,000

OTE Range:

£50,000 - £50,000

Niche, fresh produce company with a focus on organic farming who wholly own their farms are looking for a National Account Manager to manage their three biggest supermarket customers

The Role:
  • Have full responsibility and account management for all the retail and related customers
  • Particular focus on three key supermarkets
  • Working as part of a flat structure in a highly visible role where you will be managing a large range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Build a strong rapport with key customers to ensure continued success and growth within accounts
  • Full P&L responsibility

About You:
  • An interest in farming and farming best practice
  • Account management experience of key accounts (ideally major supermarkets)
  • Ambitious and driven by working with the best and continually striving to provide the best to customers and the company
  • Thrives in a smaller company environment which has high values that underpin all operational principles 
The Package:
  • To £50,000 on basic salary
  • Car allowance
  • Other good benefits
  • Flexibility on work environment - only be office based circa 2 days a week
