Basic Salary Range:

£35,000 - £50,000

OTE Range:

£55,000 - £80,000

The role:

  • Supported by a team of Sales Development Representatives you will spearhead end of funnel sales for both new and existing customers
  • This will include qualifying sales leads, optimising close rates and developing business with high-value accounts to help accelerate revenue growth
  • Be integral in helping to design, implement and optimise strategic global sales growth 
  • Long-term be provided with the opportunity to build out a team and manage an increasing set of responsibilities within the company

About you: 

  • Experienced selling B2B/enterprise software and can translate this developed understanding to help position the company effectively in the market
  • Ideally experienced in selling software into the professional services industries such as equity, banking, health research, life sciences, consultancies or similar
  • The ability to be creative and problem solve - as a small and quickly expanding company things move fast so someone who can be innovative and proactive in new situations would be great!
  • Tenacity and entreprenurial mindset
  • An aspiring leader

The package:

  • Basic salary to £50,000
  • Plus generous OTE (£20,000 - £30,000 on top although this in uncapped)
  • Flexible working hours and option to only be in Cambridge two days a week
