As Business Development Manager you will initially focus on generating new business, with the support of a small internal team to work with you to generate new leads and pass on qualified prospects
Scope and close new business opportunities and follow up on internal and external leads
Develop and maintain a network of business clients providing ongoing key account management to identify upsell opportunities
Attend network meetings, exhibitions and regional events to present key solutions to potential clients
Maximise customer engagement, deliver product training and work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless sign-up the subscription services.
Experienced selling into the phamaceutical/medical device industry
Confident, credible and passionate about customer success and building long-lasting trusting relationships
Track record of achieving challenging sales targets
Keen to work for a small company with very large clients and a highly regarded reputation where you can make a demonstrable difference
Basic salary circa £45,000 (potential to go to £50,000 for someone with all the experience)
