The role:
As the Head of Account Retention, you will be responsible for..

  • Leading and developing a team of 3 Senior Account Managers (and a team of AM's indirectly) across the UK

  • Driving success and engagement across accounts to reduce churn risk

  • Implement strategies to retain business, in collaboration with the wider team manage the retention of our existing base.

  • Actively build relationships with senior stakeholders, executing active listening and objection handling skills

About you:

  • Previous retention experience within the Education Sector, with a strong understanding of building relationships with key stakeholders within schools

  • Experience leading a team of Account Managers/Customer Success

  • Proven success in engaging senior stakeholders, overcoming objections

  • Passionate about technology for good

  • First class communication skills (phone, email and face to face)
