Customer Success Manager

The role:

  • Oversee the initial customer engagement post-sale, collaborating with teams across services, product, and sales to ensure a seamless and timely program implementation.

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, enhancing the customer journey from onboarding through renewal, and developing strategies to maximise platform usage and program growth.

  • Achieve performance objectives by supporting contract renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving overall adoption of the platform.

  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and presentations to introduce new stakeholders to the advantages of employee advocacy, both for the company and individuals.

About you:

  • Experience in Customer Success in SaaS startup/scaleup environments. Ideally MarTech  

  • Commercial background with a track record for increasing ARR/MRR amongst an existing portfolio. 

  • Consultative, ambitious, resilient thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.  

The package:

  • £40,000 - £45,000

  • OTE £60,000 - £65,000+

This Customer Success Manager role will be hybrid in London so ideal candidates will be based in Greater London or commutable areas.
